Is the Island Radio you logged the same one that broadcasts from Ireland.
I don't know. I just recall i have hear Island R one time before, back in 2005 and that station was from Ireland.

Dr.Tim has on his list this station ID as Artem PX. So i leave this station as UNID, because i just don't know if it was Island R or Artem PX
